Our Warwick based client is one of the UK's most successful training organisations in its field. Due to continued expansion we seek a New Business Development Executive to join the sales team.

Goal:

The New Business Development Executive (NBDE) will play a key role in driving business growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the NBDE’s primary responsibility is to market training services to both existing and new customers.

Job Objectives:

  • To generate sales leads to agreed targets.
  • To develop new business opportunities by identifying requirements, key decision makers, budgets and buying trends.
  • Work closely with nominated Sales Consultant to ensure strategic approach to sector/vertical markets.

Job Description:

  • To identify key decision makers at targeted organisations both independently as well as by utilising the lead generation programs provided by the company
  • To maintain and develop relationships and new business opportunities within existing and prospect accounts
  • To perform all initial aspects of selling including prospecting, sending information, overcoming objections, and following up
  • To provide input on competitor activity as well as general market feedback in order to maintain and enhance the continuing development of the training portfolio and services
  • To prioritise and quantify new business opportunities
  • To handle all inbound sales enquiries and convert into report sales
  • To identify and research new/vertical markets
  • To pass pre-qualified leads to Sales Consultant to maximise sales opportunities
  • To provide detailed weekly summary reports including pipeline, client feedback and new opportunities etc.
