Due to continued expansion we seek a Marketing Director to join the team.
Role Profile:
Based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and reporting directly to the local VP / Managing Director, an exciting vacancy has arisen for a Marketing Director who will be an experienced marketing communications expert ideally from an IT / software background. Your responsibilities will add significant impact to the growth, development and success of a growing UK company.
Key responsibilities as a member of the Senior Management team in the UK include:
- Work closely with 3 main stakeholders – VP / MD, Alliances Director and Sales Director to develop lead generation program
- Working closely with the Field Marketing Manager, to set objectives and goals for the Business Development Executives
- Experience of recruiting within the marketing environment
- Budget Management - Plan and administer the companys marketing operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets
- Owns the country marketing plan working alongside the Field Marketing Manager to design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company
- Represents the country in regional / global initiatives and meetings
- Manages the marketing mix for the country: Press and Communication, Lead Generation, Tele Marketing, Brand Awareness, Partner Marketing, Online Marketing
- Owns relationship with company marketing vendors and suppliers
Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrable skills as a B2B marketing professional
- Proven telemarketing skills are essential
- Marketing operations skills using CRM and Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced co-marketing initiatives with Partner channels
- In depth knowledge of marketing communications
- Proven creative design expertise.
