Due to continued expansion we seek a Marketing Director to join the team.

Role Profile:

Based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and reporting directly to the local VP / Managing Director, an exciting vacancy has arisen for a Marketing Director who will be an experienced marketing communications expert ideally from an IT / software background.   Your responsibilities will add significant impact to the growth, development and success of a growing UK company.

Key responsibilities as a member of the Senior Management team in the UK include:

  1. Work closely with 3 main stakeholders – VP / MD, Alliances Director and Sales Director to develop lead generation program
  2. Working closely with the Field Marketing Manager, to set objectives and goals for the Business Development Executives
  3. Experience of recruiting within the marketing environment
  4. Budget Management - Plan and administer the companys marketing operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets
  5. Owns the country marketing plan working alongside the Field Marketing Manager to design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company
  6. Represents the country in regional / global initiatives and meetings
  7. Manages the marketing mix for the country: Press and Communication, Lead Generation, Tele Marketing, Brand Awareness, Partner Marketing, Online Marketing
  8. Owns relationship with company marketing vendors and suppliers
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Demonstrable skills as a B2B marketing professional
  2. Proven telemarketing skills are essential
  3. Marketing operations skills using CRM and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Experienced co-marketing initiatives with Partner channels
  5. In depth knowledge of marketing communications
  6. Proven creative design expertise.

  11. Exposure to the Business Intelligence market place is advantageous
  12. Degree or equivalent qualification / experience
  13. Excellent verbal and written skills in English
