Due to further business growth and expansion we seek a Marketing Manager to join the team. Role Profile:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will be a sales driven, experienced marketing communications expert ideally from an IT/software background. Your responsibilities will add significant impact to the growth, development and success of a fast moving UK company.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with 3 main stakeholders – VP/MD, Alliances Director and Sales Director to develop lead generation program
Manage both internal and external telemarketing operations for direct sales and alliances team
Produce and implement communications plan reseller/OEM Partners across UK/Ireland.
Develop and execute lead generation programs across all vertical sectors aligning all activity with the alliances teams and Partner base
Execute global marketing programs locally
Co-ordinate press activities with PR agency
Manage local Marketing Budget
Provide complete ROI on all marketing expenditure using CRM system
Qualifications and Requirements:
B2B Marketing Manager
Proven Telemarketing skills
Marketing operations expertise using CRM and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrable management experience of a small telemarketing team / Marketing team
Knowledge of co-marketing initiatives with Partner channels
In depth knowledge of marketing communications to develop lead generation
Creative design and writing communications essential
